milky fluoresence

Quick question? Would a diamond with a recent GIA certificate from april 2006, that lists a diamond as strong blue, also say if it is at all milky in the comments section?


I know this is rare but still a concern as I am considering such a diamond.

I doubt they wouold make such a subjective comment. You need to see if YOU find this amount of UV fluorescence good, bad or no problem...... This much does have some effect on the price.
