Also, thoughts on medium blue florescence? I have read it helps to off set yellow but also that it will create a waxy look in the sun.

You don't need to worry about med fluor at all. It's rare for fluor to affect optics, and even then, its usually only at the most extreme end (ie. Very Strong). You might notice a very slight blue tint in sunlight, but you might not. But you will see the diamond and can evaluate this in person. Might be worth scheduling an appointment with an independent appraiser near you to check the diamond out while you have it.
