Looking for a pave setting in white gold and was curious how the quality of different jewelers stack of for similar product.

For example, Brian Gavin has a nice pave but it's $2,100 compared to $1,170 for something similar on Whiteflash. Is there a major difference in quality of the diamonds or finish between these two? When adding in the wedding band it's over a $2,000 difference and while I would love to save some money I don't want to be sacrificing significant quality.

Thanks for any advice.

The new BGD site is kinda lame in that the listing does not include the total carat weight / number of diamonds / mm size of its melee -- but I *think* the BGD setting uses 0.02ct individual stones, as compared to WF's 0.005ct stones, so the BGD ring has more/larger stones as compared to the WF setting, thus the price difference between these particular settings. I'd suggest following up with BGD to confirm what the melee specs are.

Between the two vendors, my personal preference is WF only because I've had multiple excellent transactions with them, and the few times I've interacted with BGD the customer service has been slow/problematic. However, most PSers would generally consider WF and BGD to be similar in terms of quality and service.
