I love that she often wears kitten heels--I think they are a very sensible, yet elegant choice, and since she is so tall, they elongate her (already very long) legs, without having her tower over everyone else.

Oh me too! I myself am a shorty but mostly wear kitten heels (or just a little higher) when wearing heels so its always nice to see someone in the public eye strutting around in them instead of those insane 5"ers as most people in the public eye wear lol!
