That reminds me of what my grandparents did for new years...whole roasted pig. Scared me as a kid but I did become used to it as I got older. (I'm the one that helped picked the pig)

Woah, that is way cool! I've partaken in roasted pigs but not cooked my own. It's on my list but I'm going to do an underground cook. Or at least try, lol.

Merry Christmas!! It's 3:30pm Christmas Day here in Australia, it's a hot day, we are in and out of the pool, and our tummies and hearts are so full. Back for round 3 of festive feasts tomorrow!
