Men''s W-band w/ secret diamond?

Does anyone know where I can find a plain WG wedding band for my FI that has a little diamond hidden on the inside of the band? I know I could just ask to have one custom made somewhere I but I am looking for something cheap.

My FI and I keep joking that so much money is going into my band that he will have to have a cheap band. We also keeping joking that I always get all the diamonds! So I thought it would be neat to hide one in his band.

He doesn''t actually want diamonds. But he did want a platinum band, which we really can''t afford. Well actually, he just doesn''t want to spend that much!
