May I ask budget? If you’re a little splurgey you could try Tiffany they do have silver targeted to men. My favorite bracelet from them is marketed as unisex and their chains have a great weight.

Thanks ladies! Unfortunately no active artsy area in this city. And Tiffany came up on my Google search, love their mens collection but not really appropriate for this purchase. Need a berricle for men/teenagers.

Looked on etsy and actually love the old watch chains that have been converted into necklaces but they are the same price as Tiffany.

Maybe he needs to start with a pearl on leather.

I would try on eBay. Just make sure you tick used and pay attention to weights and width to make sure it’s a nice size/not hollow.
