of the three jasmine bridal dresses you posted, my favourite is the first one. I have a feeling, though, your sister won''t like it due to her body shape. The MS215, though, is my over-all favourite.
I just got off the phone with POB and the SA let me know the MS215 is $248 US. If this is the dress you want, I would definitely try to get it from the US, especially due to that price difference (even with the exchange). I''m sure they can ship it to you or if there is something I can do to help (I come to T.O. semi regularly), please let me know.
My other suggestion is to find out if any of the bridal boutiques carry this dress in Buffalo. You can place the order over the phone if you know your sister''s size and drive over when it comes in.
