Medium to Slightly Thick or Thin to Medium for a bezel set?

I am looking at 2 diamonds, the girdle on 1 is
Medium to Slightly Thick
the other is
Thin to Medium

Which would be better for a bezel set diamond (all other factors equal)?

Assuming everything else was equal cutwise, I would choose medium to slightly thick.
