Me again - setting question

Hi again,

Just want to let everyone know....this site is awesome and thanks again.

Now I have another question...........I have given up trying to find an "empty" setting for the three stones I have. Any suggestions for making a "custom" setting? I am looking for a 3 stone "trellis" setting, with the center stone set slightly higher, and a half pave band.

Any suggestions on websites, or would you suggest going to a local jeweler and telling them what I want.

I''d call both and get quotes. Most three-stone settings have the center slightly higher, can they not just add pave to a stock piece? Or you must be wanting the center a lot higher...
