Thanks for the advice. I called Martin Fuller''s office and spoke to his wife Colette a few days back. She was a lot of help, informative and friendly, the cost for an appriasal was $250 an hour though which I thought was alittle steep.
Did you ever find an appraiser in the Baltimore, Maryland area? $250 does seem high. I am looking for one in the Baltimore area as well. What should I expect to pay for an independent appraisal?
