If the stone set in it is CZ, then the marking probably denotes that it is a CZ. If it is a diamond, then who knows. Someone could have bought a CZ ring, and then later bought a diamond to replace the CZ with. Gotta have someone look at it who is knowledgeable. Rockdoc
