Making a cushion look round? Pics please~~~

Hi everyone,

I need help as I am going to propose within a month and I know what setting I want.
The setting I want should be used with a Round diamond yet I bought a cushion diamond.

This is the link to the setting:

So i want to find out how can I make a cushion look round before I add in to this hexagon?
Or without needed to even make the cushion look round, can I just simply add the cushion in to attain this hexagon setting?

PS: I am going to do a custom-order of the ring as I do not like the hollow part between the band and the hexagon which the hexagon was lifted up from the band.

sounds like an odd request but maybe try setting the cushion (assuming it''s square) rotated 45 degrees from typical so it looks like this:

instead of this:

Thanks for your reply. Yes, it is an odd request but I hope to be able to do it if possible. Sorry I forgot to mention that the cushion I bought is:
6.94x5.45x3.something. So its ratio is approximately 1.27 so I assume it to be a little rectangular?
Lol.. Thanks for your drawing. But if I rotate 45degree, it still doesn''t look round.
I was wondering if there is a setting that make a cushion look round, then I will do that setting first, before implementing it into the hexagon halo.

How do you think about this?

It's not going to work if it is a rectangular stone. Your stone is too long on one side to try to make it look roundish. It would be possible if it is perfectly square.
