Makeup from EBAY?

I know this is shameful, but I really don't know very much about ebay and its safety or the quality of items purchased there. I was thinking about purchasing some MAC cosmetics but I am worried about getting something laced with rat poison (I know I sound like our grandmothers) Would it be safe to make the purchase?

it's unlikely to be laced with rat poison.

but lots of stuff is fake, especially MAC

Just kidding about the rat poison thing (kinda....) but being fake is definitely a huge concern of mine!

Um I think you are pretty safe...just make sure that it is sealed, and such. What types of makeup were you thinking about? Like MAC or bare escentuals?
