I'm going to go with Blue Nile & come in under budget for the diamond. That way we can even take a trip to the beach down in GA after Christmas. However, I still am not sure which setting to get. How much does it cost to get a diamond set in a ring if I chose a setting that's not from Blue Nile?

If you want your diamond to stand out and look its largest, go with the first one.

If you want to add a little spice, go with the third.

I wouldn''t go with the second, as I think the diamond would get lost in the width of the band.

If BN sets it, there should be no charge. If you went with another vendor, average setting fee is around 150.
