Excellent choice btw, you can never go wrong with a Lange. And to borrow from Patek's tagline, "You never actually own a Patek Philippe. You merely look after it for the next generation.” So you get to enjoy the watch...pass it down as an heirloom, with sentimental and resale value to boot. A win win!

But what if you only have two daughters? . TBH, IMO, Lange's detailed finish on their movements are above PP. PP will always have their own group of cult followers. Here are my two Patek in RG.
