by Jimmianne » Nov 12, 2017 I got a Fitbit a couple of weeks ago. It’s made a difference in my life. Two reasons...it tracks my sleep, which helps me have better “sleep hygiene”, and it tells me if I’ve reached my step goal for the day. I set it for 10k steps and usually I fall short, so I then make the effort to take the extra steps each day to get my gold star. I also like keeping track of how much water I drink. Having everything displayed in the app helps me stay aware & motivated.
