Haven said:You just have to lose weight the old fashioned way. Unfortunately, we can't target a particular spot, we just have to drop some pounds and hope they come off of where we'd like them to come off. When I was a PT my clients always wanted us to target a specific area for weight loss, and it just doesn't work that way. You can target muscles for muscle growth, but not areas for weight loss.
However, didn't you start the boob thread? You might risk losing size in your chest if you drop some weight, instead of around your waist. On the other hand, if it comes off of your waist, then the loss will make your chest look bigger by comparison, so maybe you'd be happier with both in that scenario.
Where do you normally gain weight first? And where do you lose? For me, it's always consistent. I gain weight in my face, upper arms, and waist, in that order. And I lose in my face, upper arms, and waist, in that order.
Good luck! I hope you learn to love yourself just the way you are, of course.![]()
