I wanted to see what the jewelers see so I ordered the 10X $15 loupe that David Atlas/AGA carries. I don''t really have a frame of reference but it sure feels like a solid, well-made piece and I can''t put it down. I have now looked at everything in my office through it. Oh yeah, I also looked at some diamonds when I visited WF, I even got a lesson on how to use one from those nice folks. Since I couldn''t see the laser inscription on the girdle (and since I''ve already seen everything in 10X) I ordered the 30X today. Can''t wait for it to get here. If you don''t have a loupe, you should order one. Just don''t make the same mistake I did, order a couple of them at the same time and take advantage of AGA''s discount.
