Loose Lucida Diamond Value

I recently inherited a relatively new Tiffany & Co Lucida wedding bad, not the engagement ring, but the band with diamonds all the way around. It is a size 7 and original value is supposedly $13,500 with 2-3 carots of diamonds. I am planning on getting it resized to a 3 which would obviously leave some spare diamonds left over. Can anyone tell me what the value of those spare diamonds might be? Thank you so much.

Why not just make 2 bands...the more sparkle the better.

Alright, maybe I asked for too much info in original post. Does anyone know if I should get more money for Lucida diamond than a similarly rated diamond that has a regular cut?
