I have a three stone diamond ring. One of the side diamonds falling down in the setting. So far the jeweler hasn''t fixed the problem. Any suggestions.

Take it somewhere else , pay a little money to have it done right or keep on keep'n on with the old jeweler that cant seem to get it right.
