looking for your opions please, need to decide

Hello, I have been spending months reading and studing on the net about diamonds. Unfortunately I have been too busy to take time to go look at them except for once. (2.5 hr drive)
Here are two , I have seen the 1st one. And it looked very white next to a G princess 1.33, though not as big. The setting would be a three stone type, 2 on the sides totaling .5 -.6ct The 2nd one seems to have a table too big as the sales person mentioned on the phone it looks like a 1.5, I guess I can see why, but will it be lifeless??

Personally, I think the tables are a little too big on both of these diamonds. However, many prefer the white brilliant sparkle look versus the more firey colored sparkle look. The depth is also slightly deep for the first diamond and this would explain why it would look slightly smaller than the pricess you were comparing it to. Your three stone ring idea sounds lovely by the way.
