looking for Tiffany''s ''Bow'' setting desperately

I am desperately looking for a picture of the ''Tiffany''s Bow'' setting. I fell in love with it when I saw someone with it. Since then, I have gone to the Tiffany''s store and they are apparantly discontinuing this particular setting (which has been around for 10 years plus). I would like to have a jeweller recreate it but am unable to find anything which resembles it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
