Looking for some information!

Hi,
I am looking for a computer program used in the jewellery industry that manages and tracks, orders, sales and inventory. I was wondering if there is anyone out there that works in the industry that can tell me about any programs like this one? thanks for your time,

There is one jewelry specific program I can think of off the top of my head, Gemewizard:

It is very new and mainly for trading gems. They were exhibiting it at Tucson this year and it looked pretty neat.
