Hi - I really like these two settings as tiffany''s, but I don''t want to purchase them at tiffany''s due to the price. I also don''t care for tiffany''s business practice, but that''s another topic. 
I also want a different stone for my center ER which I know tiffany''s doesn''t do.
So here''s where I need your help. Where could I get a similar setting? Who would you recommend as an online vendor to create a EB & ER like this for me? I plan on getting my stone from either GOG, ERD, JA or WF. I''ve been on their sites and I haven''t seen anything like this.

I have seen one similar on signedpieces.com. Anyone work with them before? The band is a little larger (2.9 mm) and I''m looking for a 2.2 mm size. Does anyone know if they do custom settings?
