My new pendant is arriving tomorrow and I've been second-guessing myself left and right, I think because I chose the stone myself rather than having a pro do it like when I bought my earrings from BGD. My budget is a firm $1500, and between the $100 discount on build your own and the % back from ebates I came in $11 under budget (which I've already spent on a necklace extender so I can change the length when I want).
I went with this stone: http://www.bluenile.com/diamond-details/LD05599328?keyword_search_value=LD05599328 in a WG bezel setting. I bought it before reading about 60/60 diamonds and some of what I've read has made me nervous. My earrings are I and J so the color doesn't make me nervous, it's more about what to expect from the cut in comparison to the earrings (AGS0, both SI2 but eye clean).
