looking for pics of round stones with sapphire pear sides

Does anyone have a three stone ring that has a round center with pear shaped sapphire sidestones? I'm still debating whether to opt for diamond or sapphire sidestones (they would be pears either way) and would love to see some pictures.

BlueNile.com has some ER styles with sapphire-pear sides - mostly with 5x3mm pears but one platinum ER design has 6x4mm pears - http://www.bluenile.com/engagement-ring-settings?forceStep=STYLE_STEP&first_step=style&track=image - for each ring, you can click on "recently purchased" to see pics of different stones in that setting - to me, the pics are really helpful in conveying size and proportion.

I believe BN will not sell a setting without purchasing a diamond to go with it.
