I ran the HCA tool (https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca) and it scored 0.8 - Excellent, appearing right on the border for AGS O diamonds.

I ran the AGA Cut Class Tool (https://www.pricescope.com/tools/AGA_NAJA_Cut_Class_Grader) and it came up with a total score of 1B (scoring 1Bs in crown angle, crown height, and pavilion depth; and 1As in the other categories).

I ran a PS search for 1.27 H-VS2 GIA XXX stones, and 20 stones came back, with prices ranging from $7,257 - $9842.

That Ritani diamond shows as "sold" - if you bought it, please evaluate it carefully in different lighting conditions to make sure it has the performance you are looking for. It may well be beautiful, and seems to be priced extremely competitively.
