Looking for diamond hoops. WF Error message...is it just me?

Hi all,

Newbie here and I wanted to start looking for diamond hoop earrings. Saw a previous and excellent thread on diamond hoops and thought I'd go looking this morning....

...but when I try to log onto WF's website, I get an error message "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable". I wanted to call them, but it seems they are closed on the weekend, so I'm turning to the forum. Is it just me who is having these problems?

I'm having the same issue. The site must just be temporarily offline.

Well, the IT nerd comes out in me now...

Well, if some folks can access it at the same time that others can't, the site is not down...which ususally means it's a security or cookie setting on the browser.

For folks who can't access the site, what browser are you using and what are your security levels within the browser?

I am using Firefox, but had my security levels high..Settings>options>privacy>I do not want to be tracked...set to 'yes' (box checked). And when I changed it to 'no' (box unchecked)..voila, I can access the site.

Tricky vendors...wanting to gather our personal information Ah, well, such is the world in the digital age. Gotta pay to play.

Well, I didn't change my browser or settings but I'm now able to access Whiteflash again. Thought I'd let you know in case the techie in you wants to reset security to 'high' and try again.

So glad I can once again access Whiteflash and admire their beautiful products.

Thanks December..I am now able to access it as well, even with the higher security settings. I stand corrected

I am SO having to hold myself back from buying those 1.5 ct shared prong earrings today. But given I just bought a watch, I keep saying 'pace yourself, pace yourself!'

The site wasn't working for me this morning, but i checked about 30 minutes ago and its now up for me. I was also getting the 503 unavailable
