looking for designer options

I''m just doing some research and I''m having trouble finding top ring designers. I know Tiffanys and Cartier, but what else is there for top end stuff? I''d like something between 1.3 to 1.7 carats. I can spend around 10-15k. My girl is half belgium so she likes the euro styles and companies. I like Tiff and Cart, but I think I want something of same quality but a little less known and more unique. She pretty much likes simple, one stone styles. thanks!!

Personally, I love Simon G, Ritani & I have recently discovered some more high end stuff by Judith Conway & Sasha Primak.
