Looking for Bezel three stone settng

Please help me find the setting for a right hand ring with a round center - 2.7 cts.
I am looking for pictures and ideas for a three stone bezel ring with side pears with a bezel.
It should have a clean look without pave or milgrain. I'm happy if you steer me in the right direction of a designer that can help me with this project. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Found it, I think (thanks, Google Images reverse search!) It's a ring Estate Diamond Jewelry believes was made in the 1960's, using a 4.02 ct old cut diamond as the center stone, for which there is apparently a GIA lab report. But you have to contact Estate Diamond Jewelry in NYC for the price. Two more pics here, including a full-face view that shows off the center stone to better advantage:

EDJ does post prices for much of their merchandise, so the Contact Us may be a signal that they are willing to do some serious negotiating (EDJ buys its pieces outright, nothing is on consignment... unless they have recently changed their MO).

Hmm hand forged with sides very well may take you out of budget with "the big three" but I'd contact brilliantly engaged (by phone they never seem to email me back) and asked for a quote for hand forged
