Hi, I know this question has been asked before, but please read on.
Nancy Stacy in the East Bay is always recommended but I find her too expensive and would rather not drive out there if possible.
Cortney Balzan and Barbra Voltaire have both been recommended in older threads, but after a week, neither of them has returned my e-mails or phone calls.
So basically I''m wondering if anyone has had any experience with any independent appraiser within the city of San Francisco. I just need one person to vouch for someone and I''ll go with it. Thanks so much!
