I found this ring that I really like, but I don't want to buy from Zales. I can't find anything similar to it anywhere else though. Should I just try to get it custom made?

Although you won't save a lot of money, you could have this ring custom made for no more, and likely somewhat less, if you wanted to make the effort. The risk is that the custom made item will not please you as much as the one you can check out completely at Zales before you pay for it.
