Im still really learning all I can right now, but this one looks like a good to me. Im not really turned off by the flourescence (it sounds pretty interesting actually), and it should whiten up the I color some possibly. Cut seems good, only the inclusion may be an issue - tough call without seeing an actual picture. What does everybody else think? I wish I could have somebody knowledgable look at it...

I would not worry about the inclusion. If it were under the crown facets it would be more easily seen - I expect the inclusion is a clear crystal.
Just ask them to eyeball the stone to ensure it is not oliy - about a 1% chance on Strong Blue.

thank you. I have heard however that many blue nile stones are virtual, and therefore not able to be checked - is this true? Before finding this stone I was leaning towards something in the AF ACA area - how would this compare? Of course the best thing would be to have it sent to an appraiser first - does blue nile do this?

You can't compare that diamond above to an ACA, as those are a true hearts and arrows brand, hand picked by an expert and have to pass many stringent tests - ACA's are predictably great performers and are a very known quantity, they belong among the very best cut diamonds available, therefore a ' generic' ideal cut cannot be compared. Apparently many BN diamonds are virtual, and as far as I am aware, they don't use things to help assess performance such as Idealscope etc. But for the purposes of the diamond you are considering, if you want a nice make of diamond, this may fit the bill, if you want the best cut available and performance, an ACA is the way to go.
