Hi everyone,

I''m looking for a simple and delicate (about 2 mm) setting, with just a few sidestones. The center stone will be about 0.7 ct. Something like the Tacori attached... but I need to stay under $1000. Has anyone seen anything similar to this?

Thanks very much for your help.

Not quite as simple as your example:

A bit more simple:

Maybe this is the one?

A few more diamonds:

I love your inspiration ring, by the way. I wonder if it would be possible to have it custom made on your budget? maybe someone else could chime in on that option....

How about this one? It's within your budget and they carry Gabriel and Co lines too at really reasonable prices.

Singlestone makes beautiful settings, but they definitely aren''t 1K or under even for their simple settings. And if you don''t buy the center stone from them the price goes up bewteen 1-2K for the setting. They are having a sale now though, so if you are the in LA area and can get there they are having a summer sale so if you found a ring they have on sale you may be able to work it out. The work is expensive but beautiful.

I might also suggest http://antiqueengagementrings.com or Lang''s if you like that style.

So sorry for not staying within your parameters tabulem! I just saw the 'simple and delicate' from the title of your thread, then saw the Tacori example, and I just had to show you the ring! But hopefully it at least gave you another idea

Hi everyone, thanks for all the great suggestions, there are many beautiful settings here!

I think the James Allen "basket set" one which was suggested by jet2ks and litebrite is top of my list right now. I think that one will work, and it''s a great deal for the price.

Don''t worry jjc, your inspiration setting is safe... for now (ominous music in background).

I like the James Allen one thus far too. However I have heard conflicting opinions about their workmanship on the forums.
