Looking for a similar setting

I''m looking for a setting similar to this one. I like this alot but I prefer 4 prongs. Has anyone seen something similar?

I like that, I believe that's a leon mege? If I get anyone to make the setting it would be him, I love his work. I'm trying to get a picture of a Michael B. setting I saw that's similar but his work is so hard to find on the internet.

I looked at perlmans website but they didn't have the particular one I'm looking for. I saw it at Michael C. Fina on 5th. I called yesterday and they promised to send me a Pic. I'll post it when it arrives.
