looking for a setting to suit a loose stone

Hi guys! I''m new and need some advice. I already have a stone (round .98 carats) that I''m looking to set in a halo ring. I wanted something that would sparkle and enhance the diamond as well as give more finger coverage. I really like a particular setting on Whiteflash:

It''s perfect because it''s a halo but it''s not too flashy. I''ve looked at jewelers in my area and haven''t seen anything quite like this. Does anyone know if I can purchase ONLY the setting and have a local jeweler set my diamond? Has anyone done anything like this and had a good experience? Thanks for your help!
