Looking for a realtor in Santa Monica/Venice

Any suggestions? I don’t know anyone there so I have no in. My sister needs a realtor and thinks she can just use the seller’s agent and i think that’s a huge no!

OMG! I know someone! She's a Pricescoper. Her name is Samira. She's on IG @theartofhouses (www.theartofhouses.com) and her PS handle is @webdiva. I can't say enough great things about her. She went above and beyond to find me my house and still goes above and beyond over a year later. She donates portions of her commission to a local dog rescue and has rescued so many dogs herself. She does it all.

YES. She went above and beyond for me even though I bought 6 hours away from her service area, and helped me every step of the way with even her referred agents! She is THE BEST realtor anyone can ever ask for.

AND NOOOOO on seller's agent. That agent will be biased and not have your sister's best interests since they are also representing the seller.

OMG she is actually perfect, fellow dog lover. I hope she gets my text before she already tried to contact someone else, she will love this woman! I gave her a lecture about using the sellers agent lol.
