Looking for a "nice" stretch ring as a gift

I'm deep into x-mas shopping and I have a gift idea for someone who loves jewelry but due to arthritis can't get regular rings over her knuckles. I'd like to find a nice stretchable ring, maybe something with an inexpensive gemstone (labradorite, etc.). There is a vendor on etsy but the shape is a little more "rustic" than I think she would enjoy. Does anybody have an idea? Much thanks for any input!

Don't know what your price range is but Charriol has some great stainless cable rings, many of them stretch - with no, to little, to lots of diamonds. I have one. I also have one of their bracelets.
