Looking for a good private jeweler in NYC

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has any recommendations for a good private jeweler in NYC. I have been looking at some threads here and some names mentioned are Leon Mege, Michael Devlin, Maxim Semyonv??? Which one is most reliable any recommendations? I need to recreate my entire collection of heirloom and family jewelry that was stolen last year
