looking for a diamond ring (15k-17k USD)

Hello everyone,

First of all thanks a lot for all the great info that you guys share, it has been very helpful so far! I would appreciate if you all could give some thoughts and input on the following:

I am looking to buy a diamond e-ring for my girlfriend and my budget is between 15k-17k usd.
Ideally I would like to get a round brilliant between 1.8-2 carat, g/h, vs1/vs2.

Most important to me is that the ring will look/have:
-colorless
-non fluorescence
-eye clean / no inclusions (from a 5-6" distance )
-great sparkle/fire/brilliance
-looks as big as possible

So basically I am looking for a perfect looking ring without paying the maximum price
I am currently looking at the following two stones:

I have spoken to one of the representatives, and she adviced me to go for this one:

she mentioned that the diamond is completely eye clean from a 5-6 " distance from the top and side and that the main inclusion, the cloud can be covered by a prong. However, if I check the report there are actually a lot of inclusions like cloud, crystal, feather etc and most of them are right in the center. Will this affect the diamond in any way and more importantly, will this by visible by the naked eye?

I like that stone. Get it unset and see what you think of it yourself. If you are happy with the inclusions send it back for setting.
