Looking for a 13K diamond

I''ve been dreaming of getting the perfect solitaire ring but now I started to get tired of searching for the perfect stone. I am not an expert and i cant tell what a perfect stone is. I really want a nice stone that is worth buying .. I need your help guyz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ..


My budget is $13,000 and i am looking for a round diamond that is not less than 2 carats ... any suggestions please ?

All of the above diamonds need an Idealscope image in order to check these out properly, also you would need to check carefully that the SI clarities are eyeclean and the ones with clouds noted on the grading reports that these were not impacting brilliance. The vendor will be able to advise.

Is the 13K just for the diamond, like Loreli asked? Also, is there a particular reason the diamond MUST be 2+ carats? I only ask because if you went to a 1.75-1.99, you should be able to find more diamonds in your price range that are a good balance of color, cut and clarity.

I like the first and last stones best out of the ones Lorelei found you, the first the most. And just a note, the first has strong fluorescence, which the vendor would need to check to make sure it's not having a negative affect on the stones appearance. Very unlikely, but prudent to ask.

About fluorescence, in case you are not familiar with it.

Ok, the ones in my earlier post seem to be the best ones out there for the price.

This one is a 60 60 make ( 60% table 60% depth) could be worth asking for an Idealscope image

Any color less than that might have a yellow or warm gold tint to it and you might find the color bothers you. G''s and H''s still face up white and look great.

You could get something that''s J color and close to 2carats, or something in the 1.70 range in a G or H color. And honestly, the size difference between something 1.75 is not a lot compared to a 2.00. Best thing to do is see both types of stones side by side.

I am VERY color senstive and can pick out the I or J stone from a group of G/H stones. For me, personally, I would see the yellow tint. They don''t look as white as a higher color no matter how perfect the cut. That''s the reason they are less expensive. Each to his own....

Absolutely, I just like to point it out as some read " yellow" and panic with these colours when the majority don''t notice anything but maybe a very slight warmth from the side in some cases which doesn''t bother them at all. Sounds like you definitely notice more than that in these grades, best always for the individual to view some in person so they see where their preferences lie.
