Looking for 2 ct Emerald--Recs and Opinions much appreciated!

I''m looking for an emerald cut diamond around 2 cts. I''m definitely a newby, and have been trying to educate myself a bit as to what to look for. My budget is around 13.5k and below, though I would prefer to stay in the 10k to 12k range. Have been looking at near colorless diamonds (mostly G and H) and want it to be eye-clean (VS2 and above). I like the rectangular shaped emeralds more than the ones that are closer to the look of an asscher. Another note--I know that it''s important to be my gf that the diamond look big

Hi Nola

To me only the second one shows promise, what I would do is to ask for an Idealscope image from James Allen and ask if they can run a Sarin scan to get the crown height. Hold on though till my friend storm appears, he has a special interest in EC's and a unique knowledge, see what he thinks, also he might be able to suggest some for you if he has time. If you find any more diamonds you like we will need detailed photos, an ASET image for each if possible and also a Sarin scan which gives detailed measurements of the stone.
