Long''s Jewelers reputation???

Anyone have an opinion on Longs Jewelers in MA? They seem pretty good from what I have seen and heard but if anyone has an opinon, I''d love to hear it. Thanks!

I think they are a very reputable company with high quality merchandise. I''ve been there several times and wouldn''t hesitate to bring my jewelry in for repairs, etc. The people I''ve dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I went to the one in Natick. I know they have a new store in downtown Boston (financial district I believe) which I would love to go to next time I''m in the city. I bought one ring from them (blue sapphire) several years ago and have been very happy with it. Hope that helps!
