Long Distance Appraiser

I do a lot of traveling for work and don''t really know where I will be from week to week. I am looking for a recommendation of an appraiser who will work with me without me ever being there. I will most likely need someone who can verify the diamond is as described from GOG.

I may need them to hold the diamond until I work out the setting if I do not send it back to GOG. Is that something an appraiser might do?
