logging in help for PS for a friend - any tech savvvy PS''ers :)

So this is thread for another PS''er who is having issues getting onto PS atm and has asked for me to create a thread asking for help. Honey22 has told me she can not log into PS at the momment - mods have been contacted and no issues on their end however she can not log in and dearly misses chatting to her PS buddies.

She has tried different browsers, clearing the cache, cookies etc but still can''t log on - can anyone help or has any suggestions as far as I am aware she can see threads just not respond to anything.

Any help would be much appreciated

What a PITA. Sorry I have no clue either, but wanted to share my support.

Q: Can she log into any other forums? Is PS the only problem?

She said she does not go onto other forums but she can do all the other things she can do normally she can also log in using a new account but doesn''t want to use it because she wants her old account back - very strange :/

So sorry, I had this happen. Did she clear out her cookies?? Do a clean sweep?? That''s what I needed to do.. I hope she gets back on soon...

I recently saw a new-ish poster with a very similar SN - I think it was Honey222, or something very close..
is there any way that could be the problem?

Hon, I say just use your new account and come to hangout and announce to us all who the "new" Honey22 is!
I had wondered why you hadn''t been posting recently..

In a similar vein, but not to put words in the mod''s mouth; could our lovely mods change the name on your old account and then change the name on your new account to Honey22. The only other issue then is she would have a new join date and zero post count.
