LOGAN SAPPHIRE ---- The Flat Band Of Your Engagement Ring! Who Is It By? And What mm. Size Is It?

To LOGAN SAPPHIRE (or anyone else that may know), your engagement ring is beautiful! Can you please tell me who the flat band of your engagement ring is by/from???? Also, how many mm is it????? 2mm? 2.5? etc.
I want to get a platinum or a white gold *FLAT BAND* with 4 prongs for my solitaire engagement ring but don't know where to get it from or look. Any recommendations please? Logan Sapphire's looks perfect and exactly what I want but I would want it in 4 prongs instead of the 6 prongs pictured below. Thank you!!!!
P.S. Are there any 2mm Flat Bands out there??

Hi...sorry I only now just saw this post. That was my old engagement ring- it was just a plain, 6 prong setting, but the head had been replaced with a modified Tiffany head. I think the band part is probably 2.2mm-ish. I got the original ring from a jeweler in northern VA and then Quest Jewelers in Dunn Loring, VA did the head modification.
