Locke Settings?

I recently discovered pictures on this website of the beautiful signature Locke Solitaire setting, however when I go to their website, it says they have closed their doors.

Anyone know how to procure one of these lovely settings. I''m thinking about setting an OEC in it.

You can''t get an original Lockes any more, and I think some people had some probs with theirs anyway.

Mark Morrell does a similar-ish setting called the Flame.

Lockes went out of business. I agree with Angeline that MWM would be the closest you could get to that setting. Heck, his would be even better?? Not sure, but his work is amazing. HTH, good luck.

Unfortunately for the OP, no.

Even if it were available, I would not buy it...I believe last year there were several (at least 2 come to mind - Sunkist and Demezla) who had SEVERE issues with the customer service and the settings. Do a search and you''ll find them.

The MWM torchiere on the other hand looks like it is a dream!

I wanted a simple tiffany-esque for a temp setting and when I finally decide on a design (since I keep going back and forth between 4 designs) to reset it.

The people behind both Lockes and Ivanka Trump's store are Dynamic Diamond Corp (a diamond trading comapny). As I understood it, Lockes did go out of business and Ivanka Trump's store is simply Dynamic Dimaond Corp's newest venture. Is that incorrect?

Whatever the case, many people (including myself) had some major problems with the Lockes Signature setting. You will be much better off having it made by someone else. I would contact Maytal Hannah, Leon Mege, or Mark Morrell. In fact, as Angeline already mentioned, Mark Morrell's Flame is a very similar design and the workmanship will be so much better. I don't know what was going on at Lockes, but hopefully they got their act together before opening up Ivanka Trump's store!

That''s my understanding. I don''t know why they went out of business, but Lockes no longer exists. Ivanka Trump teamed up with Dynamic Diamond Corp and they opened her store in Lockes'' former location.
