I currently live about 50 min from New York City (Warwick, NY) and am looking for a good local jeweler/dealer to get an engagement ring. I currently know a little bit about diamonds but I''m looking for a TRUSTWORTHY jeweler, any recommendations?

Two highly regarded vendor/ jewellers are -

www.goodoldgold.com who are in Long Island with a store and online inventory also.

www.engagementringsdirect.com are in the diamond district in NYC.

Those would be my two choices as well to see in person. ERD was closer to me so we went there.
