IS there anyone out here that would LIKE a diamond with an eye visable inclusion? I currently have a VS 1 Clarity engagement ring, but I was thinking of an interesting diamond for a right hand ring. I like to play with my jewelry during the day and I kind of think an inclusion would give me something interesting to look at. NOt like a HUGE eyesore, but a subtle white inclusion. Is there anyone out here that LIKES inclusions?

I don''t mind them at times as long as it isn''t too obvious, I rather like a little birthmark in my diamond!

I love finding the vs1 inclusion in wifey2b's diamond with my eye.
From the top you cant see if with a loupe but there is a teeny tiny tiny tiny spot of light in the pattern where the top of the feather is if you look at it just right.
The spot is about 1/3 the size of a period . <--- 1/3 that size.
No other person on earth will ever see it and wifey2b couldn't find it when I pointed it out to her and she has eagle eyes.

If you could find a high contrast (pref. colored) crystal like a garnet or diopside in a diamond, that would be very cool...but they usually rapidly become collector items.

You might be able to more easily find a low contrast (colorless) negative crystal or diamond crystal within a diamond...also pretty cool.

Good luck!

It would depend on the inlcusion but it can make a stone very interesting and unique.

This is very cool!

I don''t mind a subtle white inclusion, but I would mind black ones

I, like storm, can find the teeny tiny feather in my diamond if I look from the side, or if I tilt it just the right way. It''s like a little white pin prick. I wouldn''t say that I "like" it... But at least I know that it''s MY diamond in it when I have it sent out for any work, cleaned, etc... It would be impossible to try and switch my stone out for another without me noticing!!
